Resilience Specialist

As a native New Yorker and an Ivy League-trained therapist with over four decades of experience, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals and communities to build resilience and hope after personal crisis. My work has spanned schools, hospitals, private practice, and nonprofit spaces. In addition, I am currenlty working with staff of various humanitarian organizations around the world, providing support as they face huge challaneges in their work. In addition to my clinical work, I serve as an adjunct professor at Columbia University, where I mentor graduate students and train clinical supervisors.


My practice is deeply informed by a social justice lens and a collaborative, client-centered approach. I believe therapy is a space to explore your inner world, build resilience, and develop new ways of relating to old patterns. Healing happens through meaningful connection, deeper understanding, and a willingness to see things in new ways.
